Boca Raton Auto Accident Lawyer
Have You Been Injured In A Florida Auto Accident?

Silver Injury Law has been representing the people of South Florida for decades and will continue to help clients find peace of mind after car accidents. Our main office is located in Boca Raton, however, we also serve the surrounding South Florida communities, including Boynton Beach, Wellington, and others.
Did you know a car accident happens every 60 seconds? That’s according to the National Highway Traffic Administration. That is equal to about 5.25 million accidents across the entire United States every single year, and around 4 million are seriously injured and require hospitalization. That is a significant number! But, unfortunately, it is a reality. That’s why we are here, though, to help you get the full compensation you deserve.
Silver Injury Law will typically advise reaching a fair settlement on most cases rather than going through a long and painful court proceeding. However, if the settlement offered is not fair or insufficient, we will fight for justice no matter what. Insurance companies and our other opponents know how prepared and skilled we are in taking car accident cases to court if a fair settlement isn’t reached or negotiated.
Proudly Representing Clients Across South Florida for More Than 25 Years
If you have been involved in a car accident that led to serious injury, you are entitled to full and fair compensation for any losses you suffered as a result. Since 1993 the Boca Raton Auto Accident Lawyers at Silver Injury Law have fought for justice on behalf of injured victims. This includes medical care, loss of income, property damage, pain and suffering.

If you were in an accident due to the negligence of another driver, you are also entitled to the same compensation. The coming days, weeks, months, and sometimes even years after a car accident can be stressful and difficult. Recovering from physical or mental trauma, dealing with police, insurance companies, and medical professionals can take a major toll, and that’s AFTER the traumatic car accident. That’s why it’s important to hire an expert lawyer to help you make the right decisions and help you navigate through the process.
Although the process of getting fair compensation can be difficult and complex, we at Silver Injury Law, make it our top priority to get you what you deserve. The majority of insurance companies will try to settle your case for very little, claiming to go above and beyond for you. Do NOT believe this tactic. We have seen it first-hand many times; their offer will barely cover your losses. This is why it’s imperative to choose an experienced and skilled Boca Raton car accident lawyer, and that’s who we are.

Florida Car Accident FAQs
Do I need a lawyer after a car accident in Florida?
If you were injured, yes — and quickly. Florida’s no-fault system, strict treatment deadlines, and insurance adjusters trained to minimize payouts all work against unrepresented victims. A consultation with Silver Injury Law is free, and we only get paid when we win or settle your case.
What is Florida’s no-fault / PIP insurance system?
Florida is a no-fault state. Your own Personal Injury Protection (PIP) coverage pays a portion of your medical bills and lost wages after a crash — regardless of who caused it — up to your policy’s PIP limit (typically $10,000). For serious injuries, you can step outside the no-fault system and pursue the at-fault driver for full damages, including pain and suffering.
What is the 14-day PIP rule?
To use your PIP benefits, Florida law requires you to seek initial medical treatment within 14 days of the accident. Miss that window and your PIP benefits can be denied entirely — even for real injuries. See a doctor first, then call us.
How long do I have to file a personal injury lawsuit in Florida?
Generally two years from the date of the accident. Florida’s 2023 tort reform law (HB 837) cut the negligence statute of limitations from four years to two for accidents occurring after March 24, 2023. Some claims have different deadlines, and claims against government entities have shorter notice requirements — so call as early as possible.
What if I was partly at fault for my accident?
Florida now follows a modified comparative negligence rule. You can still recover damages if you were partly at fault, reduced by your percentage of fault — but if you are found more than 50% at fault, you recover nothing. Insurance companies exploit this rule to shift blame onto victims, which is exactly why early legal representation matters.
How much does it cost to hire Silver Injury Law?
Nothing up front. We handle every personal injury case on a contingency fee: no attorney’s fees unless we recover compensation for you, and your consultation is always free.
What is my case worth?
It depends on your injuries, medical treatment, lost income, available insurance coverage, and how the accident happened. No honest lawyer can quote a number before investigating. What we can promise: since 1993 we have prepared every case as if it will go to trial, because that is what makes insurers pay full value.
How long will my case take?
Many claims settle within months once treatment is complete; contested cases that require a lawsuit take longer. We keep you informed at every stage, and because we work on contingency, we have every incentive to resolve your case for full value as efficiently as possible.
