Bruce F. Silver — Founding Attorney
Bruce Silver has fought for injury and accident victims for more than 30 years. He earned his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 1991, after graduating from the University of Florida with Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi honors. Admitted to The Florida Bar in 1992 and to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 1993, he has handled personal injury, wrongful death, and premises liability cases at both the trial and appellate levels. When we say “since 1993,” that is Bruce’s career — not a marketing slogan.
Emily Slosberg-King — Attorney
Before joining Silver Injury Law, Emily Slosberg-King served as a Florida State Representative, where she was known for championing traffic-safety legislation to protect Florida drivers. Today she brings that same public-service commitment to representing crash victims directly. Few injury firms anywhere can say one of their attorneys helped write the road-safety laws that protect their clients.
Nicole S. Silver — Partner
Nicole Silver represents injury victims throughout South Florida as part of the firm’s trial team. She earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1995 and her B.A. cum laude from SUNY Albany, and has been admitted to the Florida, New York, and New Jersey bars since 1996. Her practice focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, auto accidents, and premises liability.
